SJS Presents WILLY WONKA

Bringing a world of pure imagination to the stage, The Raven Theater hosted SJS’s delightful production of Willy Wonka Jr. in the spring of 2025. Against the familiar charm of the theater’s setting, students in grades TK–8 invited audiences into the whimsical world of Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory — complete with golden tickets, Oompa-Loompas, and plenty of musical magic. With colorful sets, dazzling costumes, and energetic performances, the cast delivered a truly sweet and memorable experience. Overflowing with creativity and joy, the production captured the hearts of audiences both young and young at heart.

Spring 2025 Production

Building on the incredible success of past shows, SJS proudly brought the whimsical world of Willy Wonka Jr. to life in the spring of 2025. This colorful and imaginative production featured six performances over two weekends, with two sets of talented leads who each added their own creative flair to Roald Dahl’s timeless story. From Oompa-Loompas to golden tickets, the show delighted audiences with its charm, humor, and heart — a true celebration of the arts and the spirit of collaboration.

Our ongoing partnership with The Raven Theater continues to offer students a remarkable opportunity to explore the many facets of theater. School leadership encourages participation in all areas of production, including acting, set design, lighting, sound, and make-up. It remains a wonderful way for students to discover their creativity and confidence, both on stage and behind the scenes.
